This recipe is full of healthy stuffs. Just adding roasted veggies or vegetable salad makes this dish more delicious.

Greek style baked chicken is really a mouth watering paleo style dish. Normally Greek food is pretty much paleo style. When you think about the Greek food the next thing comes in your mind is olive oil, garlic, lemon, tender meat, garlic, dill and oregano. Greek sands amazing in food and tourst places, Greek cuisine is just delicious. This paleo geek style baked chicken is just delicious and you’ll love it for sure.



  • whole chicken breasts, cut into tenderloins-2
  • olive oil- ½ cup
  • juice of lemons -2
  • Oregano-3 tsp.
  • cloves garlic, crushed- 2
  • salt + pepper


pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees, mix the oregano, salt, lemon and pepper in one container. Then place the chicken in the marinade and mix well. Place it in the fridge for one hour. Now heat the sauce pan in high heat and quickly sear both sides of the chicken. It needs only a minute. Now place the chicken in the baking tray and put it into the oven for 10 – 15 minutes. Slice the meat and serve it with the roasted veggies or with fresh veg salad. Now it is time to enjoy the yummy and delicious Greek style baked chicken.
