Just add little hot sauce, jalapeno, and fresh herbs and they are amazingly ready to join your party dinner!!!!!!! No words to explain its taste and looks you’ll not wait for next second. This popular paleo diet recipe is very tasty and healthy too.

Very important for this recipe is marinating the shrimp with 2 tbsp of Sambal week a thick and spicy sauce made using the chili peppers and vinegar. Spicy grilled jumbo shrimp recipe

Serves: 4       Preparation time: 45 min          Cooking time: 10 min


  • Jumbo shrimps- 16
  • Homemade Sambal Oelek- 2 tbsp (optional)
  • Fresh parsley minced- 2 tbsp
  • Fresh cilantro minced- 2 tbsp
  • Olive oil -1/4 cup
  • Jalapeno minced- 1
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper- ground


Take a bowl and mix parsley, jalapeno, olive oil, cilantro, after mixing the ingredients season it with salt and pepper to increase its taste. Add shrimp and marinade it for 30 minutes. Preheats your grill, just in medium heat. Grill the shrimp for 4 minutes each side and blast it with sambal week.
