- Minced lamb- 500gms
- Coriander leaves- 2 tbsp
- Chopped parsley- 2 tbsp
- Onions finely chopped-2
- Turmeric- 1 tsp
First mix all the ingredients in a bowl and add pepper for taste. Roll the mix into sausage shape and cook it on moderate heat grill for 10 minutes. Now turn the heat and garnish it with coriander leaves and onions.
