Ingredients for cucumber salad
- Large cucumber, peeled and seeds removed- 1
- Large red onion, peeled- 1
- White Balsamic Vinegar- 5 table spoon
- Sugar- 1 tea spoon
- Salt- ½ tea spoon
- Black pepper to taste
Slice both cucumber and onions thinly and put it in a medium sized bowl. Mix the vinegar and sugar and dissolve it and add salt and pepper to it. Pour the mixture over the cucumber and marinate it for 10 to 15 minutes and serve it.
Ingredients for paleo style lamb chops
- lamb chops- 8
- olive oil- 5 table spoon
- ground cumin- 2 tea spoon
- ground coriander – 2 table spoon
- smoked paprika – 2 tea spoon
- each nutmeg and ground cloves- 2 tea spoon
- turmeric – 2 tea spoon
- chilli powder – 2 tea spoon
Mix all the spices in a small bowl and set it aside, apply half of the olive oil on the lamb chops and mix the remaining oil with the spices. Rub the spice mixture on the lamb chops and repeat it again. Choose pan fry or grill the lamb chops. Cook it for 3-4 minutes and keep it aside for 5 minutes before serving.
