Greek Style Meat Balls- Popular Paleo Diet Recipe

  • Minced meat lamb or beef- 1 ½ lbs
  • Beaten egg- 1
  • Minced garlic clove- 2
  • Fresh parsley- ¼ cup
  • Tomato paste- 2 tbsp
  • Dried oregano- 1 tbsp
  • Dried mint- 1 tsp
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper


First, pre heat oven to 350 F and take the bowl and add the minced meat, parsley, tomato paste mint, egg, garlic and mix it well. Season it with salt and pepper to increase its taste. Mix it well with your hands until all the ingredients are mixed well. Make equal size balls with the mixture. Place the meatballs on the baking sheet and bake it in the preheated oven for 15 to 25 minutes. Now tasty and yummy Greek style meatballs are ready to serve.
